Currently, the only way to have a sim transition is to take them in to create a sim and manually change their gender. For many simmers, this creates a disconnect and doesn't feel realistic. Meep, created a mod that helps sims transition throughout time so that you do not have to manually change their gender in CAS. I've also included two additional mods, that allow sims to use their preferred pronouns and also another mod that gives players many more options which will allow their sims to be their true selves!
